Ron has been with the company since 1999.  He definately brings a new level of expertiece to the crew.  Helping with a lot of the fixturing and product development. Ron has also taking up the slack by helping out with the phones and shipping duties as well.

"Teddy Bear" as he is know to his friends, is an all around manufacturer, slow but steady.  He can handle almost everything that we offer and often brings us the strange humor to an other wise bleak day.

The only crew member that has been with the company since our move to New Mexico, Lionel has definately brought a high level of stability to Custom Steel, and is one of the best manufacturers that we have.
