Custom Steel Company Policies.

- All Sales Final - Due to the nature of body jewelry all sales are considered final. We must assume that you have worn the jewelry and it is contaminated, for this reason we cannot accept any jewelry back for any reason, other than it being a defetive product. So please be 110% sure on the size and gage of the product you are ordering.

- Defective Product - If by a slim chance you get a defective product and need to exchange it, we will only honor a request if the product is truly defective and it comes back to us steralized.  Please call us before returning a defective product.

- Returning Product - If you are sending defective product back to us, please send it thru UPS, FedEx, or USPS Certified Mail.  Unfortunatley we have had items *lost* in the mail and for this reason we ask that you send it in the above fashion.  You can send it to.
