Props to Mike for this collaborated effort.  Origionally wanting some sort of lockable Price Albert piece, we jointly created this piece to be a very unique one at that. A regular Circular Barbell with a bar that runs through both balls and in turn is locked in place with a hole in the middle of the bar, so that the balls cannot be unscrewed until the lock is removed and the bar taken out.
